I am a loyal customer of Coach, I have well over 30 different coach items. When I buy I splurge, today I was told that I could not purchase more then five items. I went with my friend to the mall, and since we were together they did not let us purchase more then five items between the two of us. This is a STUPID business practice, Coach has made a stupid mistake by implementing this policy. I am very disappointed and upset with this action. I ended up not pursing anything, it is really disappointing to me that they would treat a customer this way. read full review »
