It seems all the complaints / requests made by the residents of Mumbra-Kausa is landing on deaf ears of the MSEB officials. Inspite of paying monthly dues ontime by the residents here, the officials are showing a very callous attitude & no signs of improvement. There is a scheduled prompt loadshedding of 8 hrs daily. During the time of power availability also there are frequent long hauls of power outage without any reasons.
