I am asking for a refund of $2.01 taken from my account on Feb. 9, 2009 and of $68.13 taken from my account on Feb. 12, 2009. I did not authorize these withdrawls and consider this to be fraud as does my bank. Apparently, I am not the only person with this complaint. I am sure the Better Business Bureau would be willing to take action if necessary. I am a financially solvent person and capable of paying for my own education and have absolutlely no need of a grant. Never even considered trying to get one.
