I have been an Airtel post paid connection since the past 2 years now. This is my primary number and I was quite happy with the way it was managed. The trouble started when Airtel offered me an add-on connection to this number that I accepted. Around the end of November 2007, I requested Airtel customer service to discontinue the add-on number. The customer service executive confirmed this on December 04, 2007 that the same was cancelled.
