I purchased a LG air condition to beat the summer on 28th of April from VGP show room, Indiranagar, Bangalore. I was told that the LG service people will come and instal the AC very next day. On 30th i called the service center and provide the service request number VGP person provided me (43002132) and enquired why no one has come to install the AC.
