I took an Airtel pre-paid connection in June fo 2007, a budled offer for two years with Samsung mobile from Sangeetha. Ever since I tool Airtel service I have been facing problems. I think Airtel has the worst service and even worse customer care, arrigance oozes from them. My problem in the beginning was a confusion over the handset.
