I had bought the washing machine in november 2007 and since the date of installation there was a problem of vibrations(movement of machine) in the machine. The service engineer on his first visit came and balanced the machine by adjusting the rubber feet under the machine. After being levelled the machine was shown once to be levelled by bypassing the further cycles and the service engineer left.
