A few days ago, I had around Rs 60 in my balance. Today I checked and found that it had been reduced to Rs 1.93 without any usage!! Moreover, airtel has no complaint system On calling 121, the IVRS informs that we should call at 198 On calling 198, the IVRS informs that we should SMS "airtel" to 121. On sending SMS, the reply comes - "Sorry, no matches found..." This is really ridiculous. There is simply no way to complain!!!
