I called att&t on the 16th of June to let them know that my electronic banking service made a mistake and sent the wrong payment to them! It was a large amount of money that needed to go somewhere elese. It only takes my bank two days to complete an electronic funds transfer! It is imposible to talk to a person who can address the problem. There are only operators who log in the phone conversation.
