I ordered a refurbished Dell laptop for a customer about 9 months ago. It would not come out of standby when the lid was opened and there were a couple of other issues. I got on the phone with them and spent around 8 hours messing with the one issue and got nowhere. Finally it was arranged that I would send it in to Dell repair. They sent it back in the same condition. I sent it again and they sent this XP Pro computer back with Vista installed on it. I called and they offered an upgrade.
