I paid $39.94 for an unlimited access to search public records for informtion regarding birth, death, marriage etc. records with assurance it would only be a one-time charge. I had a very hard time even accessing the member area after paying the fee and adding insult to injury, each and every search I requested came back showing "no results". The persons being searched I knew for a fact had been born, married, died, etc. but not one single piece of information showed up.
