Pep Boys has horrible customer service. I took my car in at 9:30 and never received a call back from the Mgr Adam until 4:00p. I called at 1:30p and 3:00p and he was out to lunch. Hopefully, I will get my car at 9:00p as promised and it works properly. read full review »
