I too was a victim of the google success kit. However thanks to the comments of the other victims i was able to get a refund of the US$29.95. I contacted the live chat services listed by the other complaintants and she told me that i would be unable to receive a refund as it was clearly stated in the terms and conditions which i accepted. I then informed the chat service that i had not received any emails informing me that the transaction was/had taken place and asked what i had received for that US$29.95.
