I submitted a rebate and it was denied because they said my bar code is missing but on the pdf documents they supply of my form I can clearly see it on my form.It is the correct number as requested.I sent them an email but had no reply to date.except asking me to resubmit with the correct bar code which I do not have because I already submitted it.I will not deal with this company again.
