I had put a request to de-register the utility bill service from my Credit card account towards vodafone Banglaore last month. Because that was a wrong payment of 350Rs to someone else mobile number. I have the request number also starting with SRXXXXXXX. But, this month again a payment of 1500RS towards vodafone bill of payment from my Credit Card. Again I was trying to get clarification from customer care regarding this payment. Why this payment happenned. They were telling about some technical issue.
