Very frequently I am finding that with unwanted ring tone incoming messages amount is deducted from my prepaid account. Already I have spoken with the customer care but nothing has been done. Presently trying to contact customer care but that is also not available /reachable and blocked by them at this moment. It will be better if transaction sheet for the last two months from the database are shown to find the deducted amount. The Airtel has not only poor service but they are also trying to cheat the customer in a fraudulent way. read full review »
