Airtel Tamilnadu is cheating the customers by activating the Value added services like Caller tunes without the knowledge of the customers. When I called up customer care, they said sorry and deactivate it, but no refund of the amount charged. Can anyone suggest what should I do to bring the Airtel to court for further action against them. read full review »
