My washing machine showed an error in functioning this August. Immediately I lodged a complaint with the IFB at this toll free number -18604255678. I have an annual maintenance contract till 23/02/2008. The person from the IFB reported at my house within a week. He informed me that one of the washers had to be replaced.He went back promising to return without delay to repair the system.
