I have been charged unauthorisedly for a service that i have not subscribed for last 20 days Re 1 every day from 14 july 2010. I complained to customer care about the problem. But they did not resolved by problem. i am being mentaly tortued & humilated with this unsubscribed service. I want to sue the comapny bacoz thay have also did so in past by charging for services that i have not subscribed. I contacted the CC contineously for a week & told them about the problem but all in vain. They did not paid any attension only saying that it will be resolved in 2 or 3 days. read full review »
