Paid my outstanding due on my pre-paid account, as on date of applying for a switchover to pre-paid account. Based on this received my SIM Card and also received a confirmatory message from Airtel that the pre-paid would be activated in 9 working hours. Till date, they have not activated the pre-paid. Subsequent to the receipt of my pre-paid card, I had to forego all my calls because of the physical prsence of the unactivated pre-paid card in my mobile.
