I purchased a Palio with the full assurance that the Tata-Palio dealer in Patna- Guinea Motors will take excellent care about service and warranty matters.The Tata dealer which deals with Palio as the authorised service station has proved to be absolutely otherwise. I had an insurance claim and got it repaired in December 2007 from Guinea Motors. So far the Insurance company, Reliance has not made any payments to me.
