I purchased BigTV on 20-Sep-2008 from Indira Nagar Reliance web world in Bangalore. I raised work order for installation and installation was started after 10pm on 25-Sep-2008. The remote control came with the set-top-box was not working and engineer asked me to check with the store where I purchased.
