Train is not started at its source station and when I tried to cancel waiting list E-ticket, I have got a message "The chart was prepared for this ticket you can not cancel this ticket". This is nothing but cheating. Govt organization is cheating people. They are not refunding and in addition to this they are saying "waitlist ticket = with out ticket". read full review »
