I Purchased this Kenstart Oven from 'Next' the retail shop in Ahmedabad on 16th October. During the intraction with them they promised that Kenstar engineer will come to our place within 48 hours and install it. I specifically requested that the person should come in the evening after 7 Pm in weekdays.
