I had purchased the machine in Aug 2002 directly from Kenstar. The machine gave me few problems both during the warranty period and after that which were promptly attended to. The machine became unservicable on 16 Aug 2008 in that we found that the foam and water was leaking profusely from the machine on starting of washing cycle. I promptly rang the sevice engineer who had last attended to the machine. He informed me that Kenstar had closed their srvice facility in Hyderabad and he was no longer employed with them.
