I did not renew my annual Forbes magazine subcription in the fall of 2008 for $59.95. A sales representative called to offer a 3 year subscription for $79.95. I accepted. My credit card statment in May, 2009 had an entry: USA PUBLISHERS INC 866-281-3063 FL with a charge of $79.95. I began receiving the magazine again. My 3 year subscription should not run out until fall, 2011. Since I did not renew the yearly subscription for $59.95, why am I getting billed?
