I have had the worst shopping experiences at Urban Outfitters in Santa Barbara, the heavy manager woman with black hair is SO rude and so are the other employees. They follow you around pretending to arrange empty hangers/re fold already folded clothes and constantly harass you about what you are going to purchase.
