I recently travelled on the greyhound neon bus with my husband and baby. We boarded in Manhattan with three pieces; by the time we got to the US/ Canada border, there was only two pieces. We were told that the third piece was removed because it did not have a red tag. None of the other two pieces had a red tag. No of the other passengers who boarded in Manhattan got a red tag.
