It's funny, every complaint I've read is complaining about how AES didn't grant a deferment or a forbearance. But, the LENDERS (ie, banks, the people who actually gave you your money) set the rules on deferments or forbearances, not AES. AES would be in breach of contract if they did not obey the lenders rules. Your anger is directed in the wrong places.
