I am trying to cancel my contract and put my number to a prepaid system. I requested this happen and was told I have to do nothing else, this will be sorted out. It has now been 6 days of complaining, requesting, phoning, going to branches in my area, repeatedly trying to get hold of someone who can help me to absolutely no avail. Autopage Cellular are incredibly poor at customer service, they are not empowered to deal with people or the problems they have.
