Since the date of purchase the machine has the problem. It vibrates more and jumps while rinsing the clothes and it cannot be used for washing clothes.I was following this with the Viveks where I bought this machine they did not help. Then I complained IFB customer care with ticket ID 2171883 on 11th sept. Servie executive had come here checked the machine and told the machine is faulty and should be replaced. I have not received the replacement yet. read full review »
