I had ordered a Mp4 player from the Rediff shopping site. i got the delivery of the product but to my utter dissappointment, it was not what i had ordered. the one i hade ordered looked exactly like the ipod nano, where as the product delivered to me lookes as if it had been picked up from the streets. i have complained so many times to the Rediff customer care till now they have not responded properly. they asked me to contact the supplier and send the product back to him, the number given of the supplier, no one answers it. i have written... read full review »
