I am having a dial-up internet connection since 1999. Of late I am finding it extremely difficult to connect with the internet. Sometimes I have to make upto 5-6 attempts before I am connected. Many times after getting the connection it cuts off by itself. I made several complaints to their customer care department who practically did nothing except sweet-talk.
