My washingmachine got jammed because of on/off button was jammed inside. Their engineer Mr. Santosh came to repair but cound not pull the button outside and promised to come next day with new on/off button but never came. On following with customer service center I was told that button was not available. On contunues following my problem theri senior engineer Mr Sanjay Gautam came on line on 17th of November and assured me that on/off will be positively replace on wednesday(26.11.08).
