I am a highly dissatisfied and frustrated customer. I have been cheated by a Maruti dealer. The name of the dealer is Mohan Motors, Kolkata(phone 9007013608). I booked a Dzire (CSD quota since Iam a retire defence officer) on 18th October 2008 through AP Financials (Mr Sawan Kapoor phone- 9811432128). They had initially said that the car would be delivered within 20 days, thatis by 8th November 2008.
