I have a fully automatic IFB washing machine which is under AMC for 2 years. I have lodged a complaint on 23 Nov 08 regarding its unserviceability (complaint no.2453620). But till date neither it has been repaired nor a satisfactory reply is being given by the service centre at Kannur(Kerala). Such a lethargic attitude from a reputed company like IFB is not in good taste. read full review »
