US Bank incorrectly charged me with $112.50 in overdraft charges. I call the customer service line for assistance. The Rep. did see the charges were incorrectly charged to my account. I asked the Rep to remove the charges from my account. The Rep informed me she was unable to remove the charges and I would have to go back to the bank where I opened the account. I informed her I no longed lived near the branch and was there any other way to resolve the issue. The Rep told me the only way I could resolve the issue was to go to the branch.
