I enrolled with the university of phoenix in july of this year and i did not begin classes because i hadn't received my financial aid award package. When i asked the university for this they said I was to get it from the department of educations so i called them and they told me this comes directly from the school i have asked numerous times for this and at this point i am yet to receive it, they wanted me to start classes even before i knew how much i was awarded and how it was going to be disbursed.
