After using Proactiv for about three months my skin was sensitive and dry and dull. Yes my acne went away but it came back worse after a couple of weeks, because of my dry skin I guess. I decided to cancel and the service rep told me that my latest shipment was in the mail. She said I would have to mail it back to them and get a "proof of mailing." In case it got lost.
