US Bank has stolen money from another account and is again practicing what is known in legal circles as character defamation. After steeling 80 dollars from a personal account US bank attempts to justify its action by accusing the customer of overdrawing their account 94 cents as if that should or would make it OK. An accidental 94 cent error justifies flat out taking of 80 dollars. There is no Judge or jury, just an immediate collection of money from a direct deposit account.
