Dear Sir, I had booked a flat in their 1BHK Mattoor Project which was supposed to be completed by Dec 2008. Also an assured monthly rental of Rs 9000/- was to be paid by the builder from Jan 2009 which has now been stopped since Apr 2010. On top of that the people sitting there have stopped responding to my queries. They have virtually stopped picking up the phone calls.
