I have ordered an item at bagittoday.com on 2010-06-22. Today's date is (2010-08-05) I have not received the item yet. I had made full payment. I was on leave on one day, and the courier company tried to contact me and as i was unavailable (for one day) they returned the courier. Now till date i do not know the status of the item. Whenever i enquire at bagittoday, they say the courier is 'on transit'.
