Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i, sanjeev kadwadkar has Credit Card of AXIS BANK. I did transaction of Rs 1000 /- and done payment on 17/04/2007 due to unavailability of your credit card statement in time . Finally i have called your executive for payment. and given cheque no(608175) of Rs 1000 /- to him.
