On 4th Decemebr 2008 when i got down at kurla station platform no. 4, a TC asked me for ticket, I showed him my First Class Railway Pass for the Proper route. I carried with me a brand new purchased Revolving Chair whose Approx. weight was much less than 8 KG., He further asked me for Luggage Ticket for the Said Chair. I answered patiently that "Sir, I Have First Class Pass & I can Carry upto 15KG of Goods with me, AS MENTIONED ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE SAID PASS ".
