I bought this handset in May and it stopped working in August08. I have given it to the service center for repair 4 times. They have not been able to repair it. So, I wrote to their customer care center and kept writing to them for 1.5 months, without any substantial response from them. Finally, I got in touch with their North India head, and every time I call him he tells me that someone from his organization will call me to reslove the problem, but no body calls back. And the worst thing is that for the last 5 months my phone is lying with them without repair. read full review »
