I have a very unusual habit of having my breakfast sandwich WITHOUT cheese. I happen to dislike cheese, a lot. (I could be allergic for all they care.) They NEVER EVER get my order right, even if I am the only customer in there, and even if I spell it out. JUST EGG. NO CHEESE. I always have to check the sandwich right away to make sure that they change it to what I actually ordered. I hate the kind of people that are mean to waiters or clerks but I had it.
