I had converted my mobile scheme from postpaid to prepaid and i was told that my advance payment with their company will be refunded back to me within 45 working days and already more than 75 days are passed and i had still not received any amount. I personally visited gallery twice n also made more than 6 calls in customer care but my complain is not been taken seriously by them. read full review »
