They adverise a 3.25% mortgage rate for a 15 yr. term but even their National sales manager (Marisa Davis) refused to tell me what you need to qualify for it. My credit is 780 & I think I qualify but she didn't not tell me who qualifies for this 3.25% scam rate they publish on their website. She told me to apply on line to see if I could get it. I am too wise to fall for that. read full review »
