I am a current Assistant Manager of Family Dollar so I can not go into too many identifying specifics. My advise to all other slaves from this shithole of a company is to NOT post anything on a facebook site as it is looked at by loss prevention and considered slander I have found out and actually get this...ORDERED in a company wide email that we are NOT allowed to put anything up about Family Dollar on facebook, yet the upper management gossip...yes...GOSSIP about other employees in front of other employees.
