GameTag is the company specializing in the account services for various massive multi-player online games. They sell accounts and services such as power leveling and game currency. I've done business with them late last year when I decided to purchase an account for one of the games. Based on the FAQ and information posted on their website, I expected the whole process to take 24-48 hours, 72 hours at most IF there are any complications.
